Refund & Return Policy

At Elori Atelier, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. We review every return request with the goal of treating our customers fairly and reasonably.

1. Return Eligibility

In accordance with EU consumer laws, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Tags & Packaging: Items must have all original labels/tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@eloriatelier.com. To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Reason for return (optional, but helpful for our quality control)

Important Notice: Please do not send items back to us without prior confirmation. Returns sent to any address other than the one provided by our support team will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, Elori Atelier will cover the return shipping costs to ensure the issue is corrected promptly.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products: Personalized items or special orders.

  • Personal Care: Hygiene-sensitive goods (such as cosmetics).

  • Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" or gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Note: This does not affect your statutory rights if a "Final Sale" item arrives damaged or faulty.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
