1. Processing Times
Once your order is placed, we require a short period for verification, quality control, and packaging.

Standard Processing: 1–3 business days.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed starting the following Monday.

Public Holidays: Processing may be delayed during Polish public holidays.
2. Delivery Times
We ship our products from our central fulfillment center to ensure the best availability. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Poland: 6-14 working days.
- Dresses from "occasional" collection - up to 60 working days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates. Factors such as customs clearance, courier delays, or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday/Christmas) may affect these timeframes.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.

Orders under 220 PLN: Shipping rates range from 18 PLN to 27 PLN.

Orders over 220 PLN: Free Shipping.
4. Tracking & Dispatch
Every order is assigned a unique tracking number.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package is handed over to the courier.

Final delivery in Poland are completed by local national carriers or major couriers (e.g. DPD, DHL, InPost).
5. Customs, Duties, and VAT
As a company registered in Poland (NIP: 9522232719), VAT is included in the price for all EU customers.

7. Undelivered Packages
